Bjørn established Symfoni in 2004. Bjørn was previously CEO of Gedys Software Holding Oy after 6 years in the Finnish-German TJ Group.
Bjørn Jarl has in the past been involved in several companies in media and marketing communications, including Info-Media AS, today called Waymaker, and is owned by the Observer and TM Competence AS, which was part of the research company MMI.
Bjørn was also behind the creation of Bonniers online recruitment company "Jobline" in Norway, and currently he owns Jarl Management which is the main shareholder in Symfoni Software.

Anders Bache-Mathisen is one of the founders of Rubik Solutions, which was established in 2003.
Anders has worked in the IT business since 1986. Since then he has also worked in ErgoGroup for 10 years and almost 10 years for Rubik Solutions. He has held positions related to sales (Key account management), marketing and different leader roles.
Anders is responsible for the ITSM channel in Symfoni, and has an active role towards ServiceNow, HP Software, Troux Technology and other vendors. He focuses on building the eco-system around our product and service offerings. Building up channels that can offer our solutions will also be another focus area.
He has his background from the military and different management courses.

Trond-Are came to Symfoni in 2004 from his own consultant company where he had been working with courses within IBM Software for 12 years.
He is channel manager for the collaboration software in Symfoni and is also working direclty with the customers within sales and presales.

Nora has worked in Symfoni since 2004 and is responsible for the marketing department in the company. She is also in charge of Symfoni Collaboration Forum, one of the biggest collaboration events in the Nordic.

Jan started in Symfoni in September 2009 as the Norwegian Country Manager.
He has extensive experience from large enterprise sales, business development and as CEO in IT startups. Some of the companies he has worked for is Merkantildata, 3Com, Equant, Timebroker and Faster Imaging.
Jan is responsible for the overall result for Symfoni Norway, the Norwegian sales and consulting channel in the Symfoni group.

Ronny Hogland var tidligere chef for i-Seven AB i Malmø, som han var med til at starte tilbage i 2005. Ronny har været indenfor IT-branchen siden 1986, dels som IT-chef og konsulent. Han har under sin karriere arbejdet for flere IT-firmaer, hvor han har haft stor succes som rådgiver indenfor Notes/Domino.
En af de vigtigste faktorer for Ronny, har været anvendelsen af standardiserede produkter og koncepter, som hurtigt har tilført kunderne merværdi.
Ronny har opbygget brede og dybdegående tekniske kompetencer indenfor Notes/Domino siden 1989. Han har omfattende erfaring med internationale projekter og har et vågent øje, som hurtigt identificerer potentielle effektiviseringer i virksomhedernes forretningsprocesser.
På trods af sin internationale stil og til stor irritation for især danskerne, så insisterer Ronny på altid at snakke svensk.

Peter is Country Manager for Symfoni Belgium which he combines with the role of Solution Architect and Project Manager.
Peter joined Symfoni with the acquisition of Rubik Solutions where he was employed as Business Development Manager but actually combined technical, commercial and management skills plus over 15 years of experience in IT Service Management to be a multi-purpose resource in Belgium.
Peter graduated as an Industrial Engineer in Electronics in 1994 and has been working in IT ever since.
