Andreas joined Symfoni as a Senior Architect in 2002.

Previously he worked as a software architect and product manager. He has broad experience in many different technologies, ranging from application servers, databases, virtual software through to performance and telecommunication.

Andreas helps Symfoni's customers with the design and implementation of multi-tier server solutions in the collaboration sphere, as well as troubleshooting complex infrastructure problems regarding integration and performance.

Andreas does not have a formal IT education, but his 20 years of experience in many differing technologies has developed his broad knowledge and strong skills.

Anne joined Symfoni in 2007 as a Project Manager and is originally from Rubik Solutions.

She has strong project management skills and is certified in Project Management, PRINCE2 Foundation, ITIL V2 Foundation, and ITIL V3 Foundation.

Anne has project management experience from major SAP projects and a major ITIL project as well as several minor projects regarding Global Service Desk, HP Service Center, HP Service Manager, HP Asset Manager and DDMI (Discovery and Dependency Mapping Inventory).

Anne has worked with IT since 1982, starting as a programmer (Cobol, PL/1, SAP ABAP), continuing as SAP R/2 consultant and system consultant (SAP Asset Management, SAP Investment Management).

Christian Bokmand was employed in Symfoni in 2011 as Service Manager Consultant.

He has past experience with implementation of IT as a Development Consultant at Aarhus School of Architecture.

Christian is responsible for assisting Symfoni with continued growth and further securing its position as the leading provider of collaboration solutions.

He has an IT degree in communication and organization from Aarhus School of Business

Claus joined Symfoni in March 2002 as a consultant/architect.

He has responsibility for several Symfoni products. Prior to Symfoni he worked as an architect at IT Factory, where he was responsible for the Web architecture in the products as well as some of the associated tools.

Prior to that he worked as a system developer at DSI A/S and was responsible for the word processing and e-mail parts of the DSI-System.

Claus works primarily as an architect on Notes and WebSphere portal projects. He is also responsible for the development of several Symfoni products and is also on the product council that defines new product versions.

Claus was educated as a computer specialist in 1993 from Aarhus Business College.

Darko was employed in August 2012 as the Sales Director in Symfoni Denmark.

Ib joined Symfoni in 1997 under the old Rubik Solutions. This was as a Senior Consultant, specifically for development of ServiceCenter.

He has extensive experience with ServiceCenter, from version 2.1 to the current version, as well as broad knowledge about the old Peregrine products.

Ib is extremely competent in ServiceNow, ServiceManagement, ServiceCenter, ITIL, ConnectIT, Oracle and AssetCenter. He is also regarded as a team player that strives to achieve the best results.

Jon joined Symfoni in 2005 when Mindcom ApS was acquired. He works as a consultant and developer.

He has worked with Lotus Notes for more than 15 years and has broad experience in Notes/Domino development. Furthermore, he has worked with Web development, especially Ext JS.

Jon can be found at our Copenhagen office, and amongst other things, works with the Symfoni Global Calendar, Booking, QMS and Deviation products.

Jon studied computer science at the University of Copenhagen with information psychology as an interest.

Kenneth is employed in Symfoni in 2012 as Service Management Consultant.

He has previous work experience as a system consultant in Tieto, where he worked as consultant and CIM on different large customers such as the Boarg of Health. The capitol region, Region Seeland, Region South and IAK.

Kenneth's main task is to service customers on different products such as Service Manager and Service now.

kenneth is educated as a Datamatician.

Kumar joined Rubik in Oct 2008 as a Technical Consultant. He is a very experienced HP BTO consultant with strong uCMDB, DDM, DDMi, BAC/BSM & Connect IT skills.

He also has a good understanding of integrations with Asset Manager, Service Center and Service Manager. He has developed tools which utilize the web service/API of uCMDB and help in importing data into uCMDB from any 3rd party source.

He has excellent troubleshooting skills within and outside his area of expertise.

Kumar has a Bachelors of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science. 

Marc started with Rubik in 2009.

We can define Marc as being a person with many “Soft Skills” which gave him the ability to have multiple discussions in different areas. He’s also someone who needs a minimum of supervision and asked for help when it’s required.

He likes to work with a multi disciplinary team to resolve problem and meeting the customer expectations. Since 1995 he fulfilled many positions which he builds he’s knowledge background in different areas such as: Workstation Integration, Software Distribution, Product Specialist, Network Architect and as a consultant in the System Management practices.

For 8 years now he’s part of the Service Management practice where today he can fulfill the position as an ITSM Architect.

Martin joined Symfoni in 2003 as part of the earlier i-Seven. He has worked as a Lotus Notes development consultant since 1998.

His primary skills are Notes development on the xArc platform. He also has vast experience in implementing CRM applications.

Besides Notes, Martin has for many years worked with WebSphere Portal, partly for designing and implementing websites based upon IBM Web Content Manager and partly with portlet development.

Martin is a qualified civil engineer with an M.Sc. from the Technical University of Denmark (1991).

Peter has 25 years management experience from the IT- and software industry.

He has held management positions within IBM, Oracle, cBrain and Software Innovation. In all positions the focus has been on growth, market strategy and sales execution.

Peter holds a Master of Business Administration from CBS

Stig Brandt is an experienced IT Professionel with more than 20+ years working experience from finansiel services (Danske Bank & Unibank/Nordea), Oracle Corporation, Danish Public Sector, with various project oriented roles such as project manager, business analytics, business solution designer, business requirement facilitator and development/implementation consultant.

Stig joined Symfoni 2013. He has focus on Selling ITSM services and software solutions and he is responsible for finding new clients and maintain relations to customers.

The last 16 Years he has been working in Sales Organisations. Major areas of sales/technology expertise includes sale of HR solutions, Business Intelligence, Marketing automation solutions, Test , ITSM, Database Management, middelware and webenaling, solutions to large accounts in the Nordic area.

Graduate from Business Academy of Marketing & Service Management, Lyngby, Copenhagen.

Tony joined Symfoni in 2007 as part of i-Seven.

He previously worked in EDB Gruppen and IT Factory as a consultant and developer as well as in i-Data as a project coordinator.

His roots go back to hardware and electronics at Intel Denmark, mostly developing software for production and testing.

His core skills are the development of Web applications, CMS, CRM and integration between Notes/Domino and Office/Exchange.

Bent joined Symfoni in 2005 as a System Consultant.

He was previously employed as a system developer in the IT department of Aarhus Municipality. He was also a system consultant at Groene IT and has 25 years experience in the IT market.

Bent works mainly as a developer and supports the CMS systems in the Capital Region and Central Region of Denmark.

Christa joined Symfoni in 2007 when it acquired IT-Companion.

Christa is a qualified computer scientist from 1994. She has 17 years of experience in software development, the past ten of which have been the development of solutions for Web platforms. Her major areas of interest are user interface design and usability.

Christa is an Enterprise Architect for Symfoni Product Development, where she strives to make Symfoni's solutions more attractive - both in the interface and in their depth.

Together with designing solutions, Christa is involved in improving the quality and processes in our projects. Christa is a certified Scrum Master and her mission is to facilitate cooperation the development teams with the aim of have all working better together.

Christian joined Symfoni in May 2010.

He has worked with IBM and Web technologies since 1998, both as a developer and administrator. Christian's primary function at Symfoni is to work as a developer on large customer-related projects.

Christian has a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration Aarhus Business School.

Henning joined Symfoni in 2004 as a Consultant. Since 2008 he has also worked as a team- and project leader.

He was associated with the development departments at Bang & Olufsen. As a development engineer he had responsibility concerning the operability of audio/video products.

Henning is very occupied with the user-friendliness and quality of the deliverables that he is responsible for. This is his area of focus - for both deliverables and skill development at Symfoni.

Henning works with development in Notes/Domino. Over the past year he has primarily worked with architecture and design for Web-based applications, this for stationary and mobile clients.

He is qualified as a technical engineer (B.Sc. Eng.) specialized in software development and data communication.

Henriette joined Symfoni in 2009 as a Consultant after having worked with document handling at BoConcetp A/S.

Prior to that she worked with HR, sales coaching, situation-specific leadership and DISC. Henriette works primarily in a project-oriented manner and participates in projects from start to end - all the way from concept at the customer through to sales and implementation.

Henriette works closely with customers on tasks that require a complete overview, but also on those tasks that delve into technical detail.

Henriette sells, implements, trains, documents and supports, which makes her part of the entire process regarding document handling and quality.

She is also DISC, ISO 9001 Lead auditor, Garuda and SLII certified and has a Master of Arts degree from Aarhus University.

Henrik joined Symfoni in 2005 as a System Consultant.

He was previously employed as a system developer in the IT Department of the Aarhus Municipality and as a system consultant at Groene IT.

Henrik works primarily with the development and support of the DMS system at Central Denmark Region as well as other smaller development tasks.

Henrik joined Symfoni in 2003 as a part of IT-Companion and is responsible for part of the company's marketing activities.

He is qualified as a graphic designer from the School of Graphic Design and Multimedia Design in Aarhus. Furthermore, Henrik also qualified in 2003 as a multimedia designer from Aarhus Tech.

Since his qualification, Henrik has worked to resolve and broad range of tasks for Symfoni.

Jacob joined Symfoni in 2004 as a Lotus Notes developer.

Over the past years he has worked with Lotus Notes/WebSphere and Java. He has vast experience in Web development with HTML and JavaScript. The development of applications for mobile devices has recently been part of his tasks.

Jacob has an education as a computer specialist from Ikast Business School.

Jan is the leader at Symfoni Denmark. He is a determined, involved and happy individual that can say things in an understandable manner.

He is the company's natural leader and is always there for a good comment.

Jan joined Symfoni in 2002 as a Lotus Notes developer under the former IT-Companion. He previously worked at WM-data and Delfin Software.

Jan currently works as a Web developer, system architect, consultant and advisor. This is primarily in large projects as technical manager and architect.

Jan has a deep interest and strong regard for clean and comprehensible code. He strives to maintain focus on the quality of the code in his projects. Most recently he focused on the development of Web applications with a rich and intuitive interface, where the most current and modern Web technologies and techniques are used.

Furthermore, Jan has a M.Sc. in Mathematics-Economics (Operations Research) and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Software Construction.

Jeanne joined Symfoni January 2012. She works as a Key Account Manager. Her focus is Human Resource Management Solutions.

The last 16 Years she has been working in Sales Organisations with Account Management. Primary selling Education, Courses, Competence Development and Recruitment to large Companies and Organisations. Her Competences are BusinessTo Business Sales to new Customers and Developing long term Relationship Customers.

Her Education is Diploma Graduate in Business Administration Marketing Management, HD(A). 

Jens joined Symfoni in 2003 as an Infrastructure Senior Consultant.

Prior to Symfoni he worked for three years as a Lotus Notes/Domino consultant and for three years as a Domino administrator in a large Danish company.

He is a certified Advanced Lotus Domino Administrator for versions 5, 6, 7, 8 and 8.5 and is also a Certified Lotus Quickr Administrator.

Jens was educated in 1997 as an IT Assistant.

Jon joined Symfoni in 2004 as a Domino Infrastructure Consultant.

Previous to this he worked with Domino development and infrastructure in various large Danish companies.

Today Jon is a business consultant and is responsible for project management, training and general consultancy for implementing Symfoni solutions.

Jon is a certified PRINCE 2 project manager.

Kirsten joined Symfoni in March 2011.

Since 2000 she has worked as a Notes/Domino developer at Dansk Supermarked and IBM and most recently as a system developer in the e-learning department at Eductor.

Kirsten managed Web and Notes/Domino development tasks.

Kirsten has a computer specialist education from Vejle Business School as well as an education as a textile designer from the Kolding School of Design.

Lars joined Symfoni in 2006 as an Infrastructure Consultant.

He has more than 15 years experience with Lotus Notes/Domino infrastructure tasks from many Danish companies. Furthermore, Lars worked for a number of years with operation tasks as a Domino administrator in a large Danish company.

He has a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and has several certifications in Lotus Domino Infrastructure Administration.

Lisbeth joined Symfoni in 2011 as a Web developer.

She previously worked at a smaller software company as a Web developer. She also worked for a number of years with the design, development, integration and test of large systems for newspapers, printing houses and the graphic market.

Lisbeth is a qualified computer specialist.

Lotte is chief accountant of Symfoni Software ApS and responsible for administration and economy.

Lotte has more than twenty years of experience in accounting, and has been at the Århus domicile for the last eight years.

Marianne joined Symfoni in 2009 as a Sales and Marketing Assistant.

Following this she worked as Marketing Manager and is now CRM Manager.

Marianne has a degree in Corporate Communication from the Aarhus School of Business.

Niels joined Symfoni in 2007 as Project Manager and member of the Danish management group.

He has more than a decade of experience with document-, knowledge- and project management in the private and public sectors. He most recently worked on the implementation of document management solutions in the Capital Region and the Central Denmark Region.

Niels is PRINCE2 Foundation certified and is also a certified Information Mapping trainer. He is currently working as Project- and Delivery Manager with focus on Symfoni's Document and Quality Management solution.

Niels originally qualified with a philosophy degree in communication (M.A.) from Aalborg University.

Palle joined Symfoni in 2007 as a Consultant.

Since 2001 he has worked as a programmer/system developer in the IT sector. The majority of tasks have been for Lotus Domino and the Web.

Palle's tasks consist of providing consultant services to Symfoni's customers. This can be anything from large development tasks that involve multiple-member teams through to smaller support tasks that are resolved independently.

He is a qualified computer specialist and is also a certified developer in Notes Domino versions 6, 7 and 8.

Randa joined Symfoni in 2006 as an IT Consultant.

She has a decade of experience in IT and is dynamic and result-oriented. Randa has strong skills in identifying IT issues and developing customized solutions in the best innovative manner.

Randa began as an IT programmer in Paris at the Peugeot-Citroen company. She graduated with an Analyst Programmer degree in France in 2001.

Sarmad joined Symfoni in January 2011.

Sarmad previously educated physicist from Iraq where he is originally came from. He started IT-support education in Symfoni software on january 2011 and he finished education at December 2012 . He works in support, service desk and internal IT

Simon joined Symfoni in 2008 as a support consultant.

He was previously employed as a system administrator at a public school and has strong skills in LAN, WiFi, Domino server, MS Windows server 2003, MS Windows, Firewall, spam files (roaring penguin), virtual servers (VMware) as well as Symfoni solutions.

Simon has no formal IT education besides various general IT courses. He is self-trained in IT and an indispensible resource at Symfoni.

Tommy joined Symfoni in 2009 as a Support Consultant.

During the past 15 years he has worked primarily with IT for Domino and Notes databases.

On a daily basis he supports Symfoni's products and Domino/Notes tasks. He is also partly responsible for Symfoni's internal IT, telephony and internal support in Denmark.

Tommy was originally educated as a mechanical engineer.

Uffe joined Symfoni in 2007 as part of IT-Companion.

Uffe has worked professionally with software development since 1998, focusing primarily on Web development and architecture. He was previously employed at BFC Data.

Uffe works on Symfoni's HRM solution as well as customer-specific solutions. He is part of Symfoni's technical Advisory Board.

Uffe is a qualified computer specialist from Ikast Business School and is also Symfoni's living encyclopedia. You can ask him anything between heaven and earth and he will always return with an answer. This is also how Uffe works with Notes/Domino - he does not accept half solutions.

Uffe is also certified in WebSphere Portal, which is the hot issue right now.
