Christer has experience from various services in consultancy in Sweden, first and foremost Lotus Notes/Domino and collaboration.

He has a broad experience in CRM and case management, having helped many Swedish businesses with processing and support within these areas. Christer came aboard Symfoni in January, 2007.

Thomas Wiberg was employed in Rubik/Symfoni in October 2010 as Technical Consultant.

He has related experience as an ITSM System Developer, ITSM System Architect, ITSM System Responsible and also as a Configuration Manager. He has worked with ITSM since 2004.

Thomas works as Solution Architect and Technical Consultant and supports customer to design how their ITSM tool should be configured to work according to their process.

He went Commerce and Administration program at Stålhagsskolan in Hultsfred. After that several courses in ITIL and leading.

Daniel was employed in Symfoni/Rubik in 2006 as Senior solution architect.

He has been in the ITAM/ITSM business since 2000 and worked in many projects in different Nordic countries.

Daniel helps our customers in implementing the different solutions in the best way concerning architectural, technical, processes and education.

Niclas was employed in Symfoni/Rubik in 2006 as Senior solution architect.

He has been in the ITAM/ITSM business since 2001 and worked in many projects in different Nordic countries.

Niclas helps our customers in implementing the different solutions in the best way concerning architectural, technical, processes and education.

Sami Santanen started working at Rubik Solutions AB in Februari 2006 as a Solution Architecht Consultant.

He has earlier (1997 -2005) worked for StoraEnso as a developer and Technical Managment of the StoraEnso LAN & WAN environment.

Sami works towards varius customers on consulting basis. Mainly as a solution architect within integrations, but also as a lead designer with several different ITSM products.

He got his degree in Digital Technilogy at NTI College sweden.

He writes and speaks Swedish fluently, as so with English. Also understands written and spoken Finnish.

Anders was employed in Symfoni in 2011 as Lotus Notes developer.

He as related experience from companies in the nordic countries. He as been studing Information Science in the University of Växjö.

Johan was employed in i-Seven (later acquired by Symfoni) in 2005 as a Senior Consultant.

He has experience of consultancy and development since 2001 and has done work for many large companies
in the southern part of Sweden.

Johan is working closely with many customers and is the delivery manager for Malmö with responsibilites as
delivering projects in time and making sure the right man/woman is chosen for new assignments.

Är nyanställd hos Symfoni men har lång erfarenhet med 30-talet webbplatser och flera webbaserade system i bagaget. Fokus för Michel ligger inom utveckling och underhåll av diverse websystem men har under åren haft många roller så som projektledare, utvecklare, säljare och inte minst också som driven ägare av sitt eget företag. Michel trivs när han får samarbeta med alla sorters människor med vitt skilda bakgrunder, befattningar, förväntningar och krav. Under tidspress såväl som inom snäva ekonomiska ramar. Michel kommer närmast från Beijer Electronics.

Ola was employed in Symfoni autumn 2010 as a senior developer.

His previous work experience are investigations, pilot studies, requirements summary, design, development, testing and support, most on the IBM Domino Lotus Notes platform and web, with specialized knowledge - case and document management. He has been working as an consultant since 2000, both as an employee and in his own business.

Olas main task in Symfoni is web development. Most of the time he is working with the framework ExtJS and Sencha Touch building business application for web browsers and Mobile devices.

He is a computer engineer.

Petter was employed in i-Seven (later acquired by Symfoni) in 2005 as a Senior Consultant.

He has experience of consultancy and development since 1984 and has done work for many large companies
in the southern part of Sweden.

Petter is Office manager in Malmoe.

Ronny Hogland is former CEO of i-Seven AB in Malmö, which he helped start back in 2005. Ronny has worked with IT since 1986, both as IT manager as well as consultant.

During the course of his career, he has worked with several IT companies, where he has achieved great success as a Notes/Domino advisor.

One of the most important factors for Ronny has been the usage of standardized products and concepts, quickly giving value to our clients. Ronny has built up wide and focused technical competences on the subject of Notes/Domino since 1989.

He is equally experienced with international projects and always keeps an eye out to quickly identify potential efficiency in the company’s business processes.

Wiveka Hogland is educated in accounting and controlling and has a broad experience with billing, accounting and salary.

In her career, Wiveka has worked as CFO in many different companies. Today she runs her own accounting company and is responsible for Symfoni Malmö’s billing on a freelance basis.

Hanna was employed in Symfoni in 2011 as a web consultant.
She has previously worked with graphic design and web production in different ways, both at agencies and as a freelancer.

At Symfoni Hanna is mainly working with developing websites using Symfoni CMS and Wordpress.

She graduated the Information and Media Technology Programme at 2009. After that she studied Interactive design (2010) and Documentary (2011).

Helene joined Symfoni in 2008 and has been working within the IT sector since 1997.

As our Customer Success Team Manager she is responsible for our customer's satisfaction through being the trusted partner when help is needed.

She has a background in system development, project management, training and also experience from the marketing sector with responsibilty for sales, project management and staff.

She has a bacholors degree in System Development with part time studies at Murdoch University in Perth, Australia.

Jimmy started working in Symfoni in 2008 as a senior consultant.

He has worked as a web/application developer since 2000 for different companies i Karlstad. Jimmy is working with web/application development.

He is a certified PCLP Lotus Application Developer.

Louise has worked as a consultant at Symfoni since 2009. Previously she worked as a web consultant and also held positions in support and helpdesk.

Now she is working with several of the Symfoni products including QMS, DocMan, Request, DM9 and CMS but also with Lotus Notes development.

Her focus is mainly on development but she is also an appreciated educator in addition to counseling and testing. Some of the customers are Löfbergs Lila, Karlstad kommun and Kidde. Louise also assists the Symfoni support team, so in case you call the support, she might be the one who answers. 

She has a Masters Degree in Informatics/Information Science at Karlstad University 2005.

Patrik started working for Symfoni in february 2011 as a senior consultant.

He has worked as a developer and programmer for 11 years with web and SOA-based solutions.
Patrik works as a .NET expert with SOA-based solutions with different interfaces like web and windows clients. Patrik also works with mobile applications and javascript based solutions for web.

He has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science at Karlstad University.
 

Thomas has worked for Symfoni since 2008, as a consultant and advisor.
Before Symfoni he worked for 10 years, also as a consultant, doing similar tasks. And before his "consulting career" he worked for a major Swedish bread bakery, as responsible for PCs and Notes/Domino.

He has mostly worked with web publishing, quality management, and request handling systems.
