Symfoni Absence provides your company with the opportunity to create an absenteeism overview. Using graphic visualizations, Symfoni Absence makes it easy and simple to see actual absenteeism or plan for absenteeism, for example in departments or according to specific dates. At the same time, it is possible to view the history of such data, thereby minimizing administrative tasks. The complete overview is ensured by integrating with the personal Lotus Notes Calendar and Symfoni Global Calendar.

By using Symfoni Absence it is possible to create absenteeism accounts for each member of staff. It is also possible to electronically manage the number of days or hours that the member of staff can apply, for example for vacations or from overtime work. An approval workflow also ensures that requests for vacation and free-time can be quickly handled.

With the possibility to create an absenteeism overview, Symfoni Absence can easily be adapted to meet the needs of each company. Users can also select the language that Symfoni Absence must use at each workstation.
