Agnieszka started as an IT Project Manager consultant at Symfoni in January 2013.
During preceding 5 years she has assisted the management of the network projects, operational and contractual coordination of the IT projects at European Commission.
Before that she has enjoyed during 9 years the work as an Information Technology professional with experience in the projects delivery, management and operations coordination at Alcatel-Lucent with the specific emphasis on the technical issues handling.
She learned that the best way to achieve success was to motivate the team with well-defined objectives and empowerment supported by good relationship, along with a positive attitude and the ability to adapt quickly to new situations. She has proven to be a goal-oriented and resourceful consultant in a multicultural and international environment.
She is confident that she supplies an added value to the customers as a member of Symfoni team.
She has a master’s degree in Telecommunications Network Management from High National School of Telecommunication in Brest (ENST-Bretagne) in France.

Cedric started at Symfoni in September 2012 and has build up his consultancy experience since November 2008 at various firms and on different projects in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Leandro was employed in Symfoni in February 2012 as an ITSM Consultant.
He has seven years of experience in the ITSM market working as an implementation and pre-sales consultant in South America (focused in HP ServiceManager and Service-Now.com). He also has expirience as Project Leader.

Peter is Consulting Director for Benelux which he combines with the role of Solution Architect and Project Manager.
Peter joined Symfoni with the acquisition of Rubik Solutions where he was employed as Business Development Manager but actually combined technical, commercial and management skills plus over 15 years of experience in IT Service Management to be a multi-purpose resource in Belgium.
Peter graduated as an Industrial Engineer in Electronics in 1994 and has been working in IT ever since.

Before starting at Symfoni, Stijn already built up related experience at 2e2 where he held the same position.
As a technical consultant he’s responsible for the daily support and development of the ITSM tool at the client’s side; in order to offer a high-end solution to its business.
Hehas a degree of Professional Bachelor in Electronics – ICT, and now trying to achieve a Master of Computer Science degree at the University of Ghent.
