Global Calendar

With its user-friendly interface, Global Calendar provides an overview of calendars of relevant colleagues and saves your coworkers time in their daily activities.

Symfoni Global Calendar can be easily customized to the meet needs of a specific company and can be centrally managed from a configuration database. Furthermore, it is possible to have multiple Global Calendars on the same server, thereby providing calendar access to coworkers at diverse geographic locations.

Symfoni Global Calendar is available for both the Microsoft Exchange and IBM Domino platforms, and can bridge the two systems as well if your organisation have both Exchange and Domino. For IBM customers there is also an optional integrated application in the Notes Client.
 
Via its attractive graphic design it provides a detailed overview of colleagues' meetings and appointments. Our application also allows for associating colleagues with various groups, differentiating between private and public agreements as well as displaying current calendar activity.

Global Calendar provides more than the standard group calendar in your Outlook or Notes calendar client. It gives an easy overview of your colleague’s workday.
