Lainer was employed in Rubik Solutions (acquired by Symfoni) in 2011 as senior consultant for ITSM.

Paula was employed in Symfoni January 2013 as a Senior Consultant. She is an experienced consultant with strong IT service management skills. Paula has long experience of Team Leading, from IT Service and Retail.

Prior to Symfoni she worked as Consultant in Accenture where she was working in IT Service Excellence line. Focus area were in IT Operating Model, Continual Service Improvement, IT Support Model and ITSM tools.

Since 1997, Paula has had various roles in the ITSM field, e.g. Service Desk, IT Support Manager and Leader of the Service Desk, Process Consultant and Project Manager.

Santtu was employed in October 2011 as Customer Service Manager.

He has worked as a Service Manager and Project Manager in IT Service Management area in Logica.

Santtu is responsible for Customer support for dedicated customers in Finland and he will participate in different deveploment projects as a Project Manager.

He has a Diploma in Business and Administration, IT Management from the Malmi Business College.
