Symfoni Software is now launching SaaS service (Software as a Service) called mySymfoni, which gives you access to the project space and over the course of time the whole Symfoni suite can be accessed through the net. You only have to pay for the service per user, and thereby you avoid expensive acquisitions and projects in order to install the service in your organization.

The first module that has been launched is the project space. mySyfoni Project is a tool that simplifies the work process and management of a project. The solution is the perfect match for active collaboration, in terms of sharing documents, administration of tasks, creation of a joint calendar and giving direct response on the work that has been conducted in a project. You have a great overview over the group's internal and external participants and you will always find the latest versions of the documents you need.

In the Project space you will find finished manuals for small projects, board meetings with everything from summons to minutes, how to hold hearings and how you administrate smaller projects with manufacturers. Extra modules are available, for among others your mobile, so that you can have everything collected in one place. It is also possible to connect the solution to other systems, in the organization.
