Anders Bache-Mathisen is one of the founders of Rubik Solutions, which was established in 2003.

Anders has worked in the IT business since 1986. Since then he has also worked in ErgoGroup for 10 years and almost 10 years for Rubik Solutions. He has held positions related to sales (Key account management), marketing and different leader roles.

Anders is responsible for the ITSM channel in Symfoni, and has an active role towards ServiceNow, HP Software, Troux Technology and other vendors. He focuses on building the eco-system around our product and service offerings. Building up channels that can offer our solutions will also be another focus area.

He has his background from the military and different management courses.

Anette was employed in Symfoni in March 2012, after working as a sales consultant in Purehelp. She will be working in the marketing department for Group and is located at the Oslo office.

Anette finished her Bachelor degree in International Marketing and Sales in 2011 at BI Norwegian Business School and Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

Åse was employed in Symfoni in April 2013 as a Consultant Manager.

She has many years of experience in the IT industry and has been responsible for sales of ITIL services, consulting and management of customers in the business area; Service Management. She also has long and good experience within business area, operating and from sales and marketing.

In Symfoni she is responsible for the company's consulting budget, in terms of management of resources and to ensure quality in delivery.

Camilla has worked in the company since 2000 and is a senior consultant. She is part of the CMS development team and has broad competence in several programming languages.
Camilla has experience with everything from connecting CMS with underlying systems, to producing design templates.
She has a Business administration degree from Molde University College and a college degree in Computer Science from Molde University College and Buskerud University College.

Haavard started working in Rubik in 2009 as a business consultant. His main focus is to enable customers maximise efficiency and control IT management costs.

Haavard Martinsen is an experienced and knowledgeable engineer and master-of-management professional with more than 30 years in varoius roles. he has broad experience from national and international companies in positions of management, technical and project orientation.


 

Heidi has worked in the company since 2008.

She works with web-developement and web-design.

She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design from Akershus University College, and a degree in Web-design from the IT-academy in Oslo.

Heidi has worked in Symfoni since June 2011. She came from the position as sales consultant in Rieber & Søn.

Heidi works in the marketing department, and has the responsibility of the marketing activities in Norway.

She has a Bachelor of Management degree in Marketing, from BI Norwegian Business School

Helene was employed in Symfoni (original Cinet AS) in 1993. She has mainly been working with Document Management systems, both as product manager, advisor and project manager.

She has related experience as product manager, advisor and project manager in Statens Datasentral AS and TF-Data AS (1983-1993).

Helene is mainly working in projects concerning Document Management, but has also experience of other types of projects. She has master’s degree (cand. scient) in Informatics/Computer science from the University in Oslo.

Henrik was employed by Symfoni in January 2011 as a Senior Web Consultant & Advisor. In September the same year he also became the Site Manager for the Karlstad office.

Before he started working for Symfoni, Henrik spent 10 years developing military training equipment and distributed simulations; first as an engineer at Saab Bofors Dynamics, and later as a consultant at LearningWell West.
Henrik is responsible for running the Karlstad office, and also works as a developer focusing primarily on web and mobile app technologies.

He has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science at Karlstad University.

Inge was employed in Symfoni in 2008 as a senior consultant with a focus on web development and system integration.

He has experience in notes/domino development and administration as well as web-development and system integration at companies like Concrea, IBM and CapGemini.

Inge was educated at Bergen college of engineering as a software engineer.

 

Johann was employed in Symfoni in June 2011 as consultant. He has a wide experience with Lotus Notes/Domino but he has been working with the Domino environment for the last 15 years. Johann has worked in all phases of software development from analysis to implementation. He has worked on various projects over the years as a programmer, consultant and project manager.

Kåre Morten Sundby has been working in Symfoni Software for more than 7 years, and been responsible for the sales in the Nordic countries.

He has now focus and responsibility for building the sales in Norway together with the sales- team, to develop, build and secure existing and new customers in Norway.

The previous 3,5 years he has been working as Managing Director for Open Systems Technologies AS. They sell storage solutions to Public and Private sector in Norway.

Kåre Morten has a long experience in sales & marketing, working with customers and partners both in HP and Dell Computer.

Kjetil started working in Symfoni in 2005 as a product developer, but was also involved in the development of the first Symfoni products back in 1994.

He has worked closely with IBM for several years and has been involved in development teams for the Lotus products where he has written several "red books" for Lotus/IBM.

Kjetil has a master degree in computer science from the university of Oslo.

 

Mona has been with the company since 2001 and is responsible for administrative functions such as billing, switchboard, coordination of accounting, administration of meetings etc. She is also a part of Symfoni's Customer Service team.

Mona has extensive experience within the administrative field and has previously run her own business.

Nora has worked in Symfoni since 2004 and is responsible for the marketing department in the company. She is also in charge of Symfoni Collaboration Forum, one of the biggest collaboration events in the Nordic.

She has a Bachelor of Management degree in Communications and Public Relations from European University in Barcelona. Nora is also a boardmember in Symfoni

Ole Marius was employed in Symfoni in 2007 as a Web developer.

He has experience as a Web Developer in Proactive AS, and later in his own company.

Ole Marius is working in Symfoni’s CMS team with customer web sites.

He has a degree in architecture from New York and webdevelopment from "IT Akademiet" in Oslo.

 

Oleg was employed in Symfoni in June 2011 as Internet/Web developer.

He was working as web and software developer in Ukraine. Oleg is responsible for web and mobile apps development.

He has bachelor\s degree in applied mathematics and informatics and specialist\s degree in system analysis and management from Ivan Franko National University of L’viv (Ukraine).

Preben started working for Symfoni as a trainee in 2008 and is now an IT Operations Consultant. His main tasks in Symfoni are installing & maintaining servers, and helping customers with technical problems.

Previously, Preben was working as a network technician for a company in Oslo called Sitecom.

He has studied  Network & System Administration and Digital Security and Intelligence at Noroff Institute in Oslo.

Ronnie has worked in the company since 2006, as a senior consultant in the QMS and CRM areas.

He’s also worked as consultant manager, Symfoni Norway, and as a sales rep. Previous experiences include working with Symfoni partner Abadon, and for 10 years he was self-employed IT consultant/instructor. Works with QMS- and CRM-projects, but is also involved in the new DM9-projects, as well as being an instructor.

Ronnie’s education spans from Chef to mechanical engineering. In 2010 he passed the PRINCE 2 (tm) foundations exam for project managers.

Stefan Schöllin started working in Symfoni in April 2013 as the Norwegian Country Manager

Stefan has broad experience from over 16 years in the IT industry with various assignments.

He has experience from sales management positions selling IT hardware/software in FUJITSU, and has previously run his own business.

He is responsible for the overall result for Symfoni Software Norway AS and Symfoni Next AS

Stein Edgar has worked with the Symfoni-products, Lotus Notes and integration of differnt systems for both public and privat industry since 2001.

He has related experience as a inhouse consultant in a shipping company where he was implementing Lotus Notes and applications used in day to day business for ships and offices around Europe.

Stein Edgar have been working with Symfoni products, Lotus Notes and integration of differnt systems for both public and privat industry.
 
He is a High Voltage engineer, and reg Cand Mag in Computer Science from AID/HIA in Grimstad Norway.

Has been with Symfoni since 2000 at Ementor, and most recently Informatikk. Tore has a broad experience as an advisor as well as administration, courses and development on most of Symfoni’s products and Domino.

Trond-Are came to Symfoni in 2004 from his own consultant company where he had been working with courses within IBM Software for 12 years.

He is channel manager for the collaboration software in Symfoni and is also working direclty with the customers within sales and presales.

Vibeke has worked in Symfoni since 2005, but has been involved with the Symfoni products since 2000 when she started in Cinet as a product secretary and contract manager.

Today Vibeke works as an Account Manager and is responsible for all the Norwegian customers.

She has a Bachelor of Management with specialization in marketing from BI.
 

Marcin was employed in Rubik Solution in 2006 and later rejoined Symfoni in 2012 as Senior Consultant & ITSM Architect.

Before he started working for Rubik/Symfoni, Marcin spent 5 years as a developer of Web Solutions based on Java EE as well as system engineer of telecommunications Intelligent Network platforms.

In Symfoni Marcin is responsible for implementation of Service Management systems.

Marcin has a Master of Science Degree in Computer Science from the University in Cracow, Poland

Tor-Werner was employed in Symfoni (Rubik) in 2007 as Senior Consultant.

He has related experience as QA Manager, Support Manager and System Designer.

Tor-Werner is working with implementation of Service Management systems.

He has a bachelor degree in economics and computer science from University of Agder.
 

Finn-Reidar was employed in Rubik in 2004 as a Consultant, coming from IBM, and was later employeed in Symfoni in 2012 as a Consultant.

Helge started working in Rubik in 2007. He came from a salesjob in the computerdepartment in an electronic store.

Helge is working with IT operations and infrastructure (Windows and VMware) in Symfoni and is a HP Service Manager consultant.

 

Jan was one of the founders of Rubik Solutions and is the prime resource within HP ServiceCenter/ServiceManager.

He has been working in a wide range of businesses such as auditing (PWC) and managed services (IBM), to his current position as a system architect and senior consultant within the wider IT Service Management area.

Jan is responsible for developing and maintaining the Rubik ITSM offering.
