Our support packages are tailored to deliver the right support for the right organisation at the right time.

Support Packages

All of the support packages below are to be handled according to agreed Service Level Agreement,  within guaranteed time frames by qualified personnel.

  • User support
    Support on Lotus Notes and your Symfoni Collaboration modules and includes guidance and troubleshooting. 
     
  • Technical support                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Symfoni offers technical guidance and troubleshooting of your implementation of our collaboration applications. 
     
  • Application management
    Symfoni offers support on your business applications  wether you have developed them internally or externally. Solution of errors, questions, corrections and development in the named applications. Symfoni can and take over the management and further development in a safe, proper manner and at low risk.
     
  • Infrastructure management
    Through the Infrastructure Management Agreement Symfoni offers to provide and undertake surveillance, operational and technical support for your infrastructure.
     
  • Hosting agreement
    Symfoni offers 24 / 7 monitored hosting. These services are based on a hosted solution where the customer has the opportunity to choose the service level they prefer. Either through dedicated servers, shared servers, virtual servers, or down to application hosting and remote services. All services are delivered with the same flexibility and high degree of availability, security and mobility.
